Active requests are tasks we're currently working on. Essentials allows 1 at a time, Professional allows 2 concurrent requests. This determines how fast we can work through your queue—not how much you can request.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
